After years of working in kitchens across the country - from the fast-paced, flavor-packed restaurants of New Orleans to intimate private chef experiences in Oregon- he’s developed his own personal style. His cooking draws from a wide range of influences, but always comes back to simple ingredients, thoughtfully prepared over wood fire.

Raised on the coast of Maine, Nate’s connection to the ocean has always shaped the way he cooks and gathers people together. Now, returning to the shoreline, Chef Nate brings that full-circle story to every event - combining the spirit of coastal living with the depth of his culinary journey. Whether it’s wood-fired paella on the beach or a custom menu under the open sky, each experience is designed to feel both elevated and effortlessly natural.
